Our slate is carefully selected from quarries in Upstate New York, Vermont and Pennsylvania.
We hand cut small batches of each product in our New Hampshire workshop, using only traditional hand tools.
The pieces are then cleaned and treated with a blend of all natural fruit and vegetable extract, which dries hard to 
permanently bring out the natural patina of the stone and seal its surface making it food safe.  To protect your table top, 
plates, cheeseboards and trays are padded with acrylic feet and placemats are cushioned with felt.
